We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for payments. During check out, you will be required to input your billing address information as it appears on your credit card statement.

We also take orders by phone, fax and mail.

Alpine Village Cosmetics charges sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in California. Shipments to all other states will not be charged sales tax.

Once your order is placed, you must contact us in order to change or cancel your order. If your order has already been packed and shipped, we can no longer accept any changes or cancellations.

We are working hard to get your orders out quickly and using the most economically efficient shipping methods. Small, lightweight items will be shipped with USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail (whichever is less expensive). Other items, depending on the weight and destination of the order, will be sent via UPS economy shipping called SurePost® (this option is valid within the contiguous United States only and does not include Alaska or Hawaii). Large and/or heavy items will ship via UPS ground.

We accept and approve returns on only unopened and unused products for up to 10 days after the shipment is received by customer.

All returns require advance approval before return shipment. Please send a request for return by e-mail, and we will respond with an Return Authorization Number and return instructions. Packages sent without advance approval or an R.A. Number will be refused upon receipt and returned to customer.

The customer will bear the cost for shipment of all items returned (except those that are being returned as a result of an error by Alpine Village Cosmetics).

Refund amount or credit will reflect actual retail price paid (plus sales tax, where applicable) for the product(s) returned. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please note that because of health and sanitary guidelines and requirements, we cannot accept returns on personal use items such as hair brushes, combs, toothbrushes, shaving brushes, cosmetics brushes, manicure or pedicure tools, and other personal use items.

Final decision concerning returns belongs soley to Alpine Village Cosmetics and we reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or credits to your account.

Alpine Village Cosmetics collects your personal information only to process your order. We do not share your personal information with any third party other than those required to fulfill your order (such as our merchant bank for credit card charging and USPS / UPS for order delivery). In such cases we disclose only enough information to perform the necessary services, and the third parties are prohibited from using or revealing your personal information for other purposes.

Alpine Village Cosmetics will also only use your email address and phone number if:
- we need to contact you about your order
- if you have opted into our email newsletter / announcements
- we are responding to your phone call or email to us
