Alpine Village Cosmetics (formerly Alpine Cosmetics) was established in Torrance, California in 1971, as one of the early tenants of Alpine Village - The Little City From The Alps - the shopping center that brought a European shopping experience to Southern California.  For over 40 years, Alpine Village Cosmetics has built a solid reputation for offering one of the largest selections of imported German and European cosmetic, health and beauty and herbal products, not only to Southern California customers, but also to customers throughout the western United States.

Under new ownership since 2006, Alpine Village Cosmetics has been revitalized by updated management practices and an improved product selection.  While the emphasis continues to be on imported German products, there has also been the addition of new product lines from England, Austria and Switzerland as well as Germany.  Providing excellent customer service and high quality merchandise also continue to be the highest priorities.

We continue to offer a broad selection of German and European products in a variety of categories, including  skin care, hair care, body care, bath care, foot care, dental care and baby care, as well as imported German herbal teas, tonics, and supplements.  A selection of familiar German and English fragrances is also available.
