Ostfriesen tea is a black tea mixture. Ostfriesen tea is well-known and available throughout Germany. The name Ostfriesentee is protected by German law, which states that the tea must only have been mixed in Germany's Ostfriesen region.

TEEKANNE Ostfriesen Teefix is made using only high-quality, strong Assam teas. The brewed color is copper-reddish-brown. The taste can best be described as strong, slightly bitter, and malty. Caffeine content is high. Combined with a little cream and sugar, this tea becomes a traditional taste experience.
